About Carevia
Carevia: International Patient Coordination for China
Carevia provides non-clinical international patient coordination for people considering hospital care in China. We make the practical process easier to understand before, during, and after a hospital enquiry.
Our role
Clear coordination, not clinical care
We help organise information, support communication around hospital review, and explain confirmed coordination arrangements. Carevia does not provide diagnoses or prescriptions.
Carevia does not charge patients hospital referral or intermediary fees. Our initial non-clinical review considers information completeness and the practical coordination path; it is not a diagnosis, medical triage, or a clinical recommendation.
After that review, we help contact suitable hospitals or clinics in China and coordinate relevant confirmed services, subject to provider review and availability. All hospital fees are explained clearly and paid directly to the receiving hospital. Carevia does not collect or add a markup to hospital fees. The receiving hospital determines and collects its hospital charges.
Hospitals and licensed healthcare professionals independently assess medical information, determine clinical suitability, and make all medical and treatment decisions.
How we work
A considered, information-first approach
A good international patient enquiry starts with clear information and realistic next steps. We encourage patients to wait for hospital feedback before making travel plans, and we only coordinate practical services when they are confirmed.
A practical first step
Tell us about your enquiry.
We will explain what non-clinical coordination may be appropriate next.
