Cliniva China Medical Review Policy

Medical review checks the clinical accuracy, balance, limitations, and source fit of a specific content revision before publication.

What partner-hospital review covers

For content classified as medical, a qualified reviewer working under Cliniva's partner-hospital protocol checks clinical statements, risk framing, important omissions, source use, and whether the copy improperly suggests diagnosis, personalized advice, or a promised result.

Approval applies only to the exact content identifier and revision recorded in the review system. A later change to a clinically meaningful statement creates a new revision that must receive matching approval before it is presented as medically reviewed.

What the public review label means

The public label means the displayed revision completed the stated protocol on the shown date; it is not an endorsement of Cliniva, a hospital, or a treatment choice for a particular person. Editorial and policy pages do not require medical approval.

Reviewer names and organizations may remain private because partner arrangements can restrict public attribution and because internal identity records are not needed to understand the protocol. Cliniva retains reviewer identity and review evidence privately for governance and audit purposes.

Review cadence and changed evidence

Cliniva targets medical re-review within six months and reviews sooner when a major guideline, safety notice, regulator action, source withdrawal, or credible correction affects the page. Overdue medical content follows the handling described in the Content Updates Policy.

Does this policy require partner-hospital medical approval?

No. It is an operational policy, not medical guidance. Medical articles follow the separate medical review policy.
