Cliniva China Corrections Policy

Readers can report errors through Cliniva's contact channel, and clinically meaningful corrections are reviewed and visibly dated.

How to submit a correction

Send a correction through the contact route linked on this site. Identify the page, the statement at issue, why it may be wrong or unclear, and any source that supports the concern. Do not include private medical records in an editorial correction message.

Triage and review

The Editorial Team logs the report and triages it for safety, clinical significance, factual accuracy, and urgency. Medical concerns go to the medical-review workflow; privacy or security concerns are escalated through the appropriate operational channel.

Cliniva may clarify wording immediately when no factual meaning changes. A clinically meaningful claim is not silently corrected: the page receives a new revision, any required medical approval is matched to that revision, and the visible correction or review date is updated.

Material correction records

A material correction is published with a timestamp and a concise explanation of what changed. If the issue cannot be resolved promptly, Cliniva may add a notice, suspend indexing, or archive the page while the evidence is checked.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does this policy require partner-hospital medical approval?

No. It is an operational policy, not medical guidance. Medical articles follow the separate medical review policy.
