Information we handle
Information needed for coordination
We may handle contact details, medical information, uploaded files, consent choices, operational information, and attribution information when you use a Case Review or communicate with Carevia.
We use this information for referral and coordination, including preparing an enquiry, communicating about it, and supporting confirmed practical arrangements. We may disclose relevant information to authorized Carevia staff and cooperating hospitals for those purposes.
Protection and communications
How information is protected
We use private storage and access controls designed to limit access to authorized personnel. Case information is shared using HTTPS and private URLs where applicable.
WhatsApp may involve international communications. Use it only if you are comfortable with that channel; it is not required to begin a Case Review.
Carevia may rely on infrastructure and service processors to operate the service. We do not use health data in analytics, advertising, logs, or SEO.
Your choices
Retention, access, and deletion
You may request access, correction, or deletion through the privacy contact above. We conduct a deletion review 180 days after your latest activity. Where a retention need remains, we record a documented extension and review it again.
