Cliniva China Analytics Privacy Standard

Site measurement is designed for aggregate performance reporting without collecting medical details, form values, or case references.

Aggregate measurement and daily anonymous tokens

Cliniva measures aggregate page views and permitted funnel events to understand whether public information is discoverable and usable. A daily anonymous browser token may estimate unique browsers, but it rotates each day and is not used as a durable person or patient profile.

Traffic attribution uses a small allowlist of source enums such as direct, Google, Bing, other search, referral, or internal. Full referrer URLs and query strings are not retained as analytics dimensions.

Prohibited analytics fields

Analytics must not contain diagnosis, symptoms, treatment history, medical records, form values, uploaded filenames, contact details, free text, Case Review references, IP addresses, user-agent strings, or URL query parameters. Intake data stays in the protected Case Review system.

Retention and Search Console separation

Aggregate records are retained only for the documented reporting period and are reviewed under the Privacy Notice; operational deletion rules apply where relevant. Cliniva does not retain raw daily tokens after they have served the limited aggregation purpose.

First-party page views are reported separately from Google Search Console clicks and impressions. Cliniva does not relabel estimated visitors, referrals, or internal events as Google search performance.
