Cliniva China Content Updates Policy

Cliniva targets a new medical review within six months of the prior approval. This is a maximum operating target, not a claim that evidence changes only twice a year or that every non-medical page needs the same review schedule.

A review starts earlier when a major guideline changes, a regulator or public-health body issues relevant safety information, a relied-on source is corrected or withdrawn, new high-quality evidence could alter the page, or a credible reader report identifies a material problem.

When medical approval expires, the page is removed from indexable publication or clearly placed in an update-in-progress state until a matching current review exists. Cliniva does not leave an expired review label in place as if it remained current.

Content may be archived when it is obsolete, duplicative, unsupported, or no longer useful. Archived pages are not presented as current guidance; where appropriate, readers are directed to a current replacement and the old canonical is handled consistently.
