Cliniva China Patient Safety Policy
Cliniva content and Case Review coordination are not emergency services and do not replace diagnosis or treatment decisions from a clinician.
Emergency and urgent-care limitations
Cliniva China does not operate an emergency or urgent-care service and cannot monitor a person's condition. If symptoms may be severe, rapidly worsening, or life-threatening, contact local emergency services or a qualified local clinician now rather than waiting for a website response.
Diagnosis and treatment decisions
Public content is general education, and Case Review is non-clinical coordination. Neither provides an individual diagnosis, prescription, triage decision, or instruction to start, stop, delay, or change treatment without the involvement of a licensed clinician responsible for the person's care.
Second opinions and remote information
A second opinion can help a patient ask informed questions, but it may require complete records, pathology or imaging review, further tests, and an in-person assessment. Remote feedback is not a guaranteed diagnosis, acceptance decision, or substitute for urgent local care.
