Cliniva China provides non-clinical coordination for international patients exploring traditional Chinese medicine services in China. We can explain the enquiry process and help organize information for a receiving hospital's review.

Depending on the enquiry, a receiving hospital may ask for the patient's care objective, existing diagnoses, relevant clinical records, allergies, and a complete list of medicines, supplements, and herbal products currently used.

This list is not a request to obtain new tests. The hospital decides which information it requires after reviewing the enquiry.

A receiving hospital decides whether it can review a traditional Chinese medicine enquiry, whether relevant services are available, and what clinical next steps may be appropriate.

Submitting a Case Review does not guarantee hospital acceptance, an appointment, a treatment option, service availability, or an outcome.

Cliniva China does not advise starting, stopping, or replacing any treatment. Patients should disclose medicines, supplements, and herbal products to the licensed provider conducting the review.

Wait for written hospital feedback before booking travel or making treatment arrangements.
